 Eric began his journey with
yoga in September of 2006.
He was encouraged to try yoga by his mother, herself an instructor for
2 years at the time. After months of hesitation to give it a try, he
finally did, and an immediate passion was born. He attended Julie's 200
Hour
Mukti Teacher Training in June of 2007 in Maui, HI.
It
turned out to be the most eye-opening experience of his life.
Yoga helped to transform Eric from a timid guy with a self-defeating
mindset into a healthy, happy, and confident teacher who now finds the
greatest joy of his life in sharing the transformational power of yoga
with others. Under the continued mentorship and guidance of
Julie, Eric
is only at the beginning of his teaching career, but is already
displaying a wealth of knowledge, a calming presence, and unlimited
potential in the classroom.
Eric teaches Yoga for Beginners at
Lyfe Yoga Center in Hermosa Beach,
CA on Tuesdays at 7:30 pm
