The
Mukti Yoga style was developed by Julie Rader as a way to find a unique
blend of various yogic philosophies she has taken from her teachers and
create her own style. Everything from Vinyasa Flow and Kundalini to
Tantric meditation and Chakra balancing are integrated into an
inspiring practice. Mukti Yoga adjusts to the changing seasons and
phases of the moon while precise alignment cues are emphasized allowing
for a safe and healthy practice.
The Mukti Philosophy states "a truly balanced person has feet grounded
on the Earth and head floating in the clouds."
