200-Hour RYT Training
Basic Information
To become a 200-Hour RYT, the Yoga Alliance requires each teacher complete 200 hours of instruction within 12 months. Mukti Yoga offers 150 or 200-Hour Foundation Module options. Students can then choose Electives, if necessary, to complete e 200-Hour RYT Certification. If you would simply like to study yoga on a deeper level and are not concerned with a Yoga Alliance certification, you have more flexibility.
Example: 150-Hour Foundation Module, 50-Hour Living Yoga Elective
Pricing is structured so the cost of a 200-Hour Training is always $2,800, regardless of how you distribute your hours. Early bird options and payments plans are available. We encourage you to ask questions about payment options if you do not feel this is financially feasible for you.
Foundation Module
The Foundation Module is the basis of a teacher training. The objective of this course is to learn how to teach Hatha yoga to all levels, including anatomy and alignment of over 50 asanas. Students learn how to sequence a class, provide modifications and adjust students in poses.

500-Hour RYT Training
Basic Information
To become a 500-hour RYT through the Yoga Alliance, students must first have a 200-hour RYT certificate. They then complete 300 hours of graduate training. Mukti Yoga organizes this into one 100-hour Graduate Module and four 50-hour electives of your choice.
Example: 200-Hour Certificate, 100-Hour Graduate Module, 50-Hour Living Yoga Eletive, 50-Hour Yoga for Athletes Elective, 50-Hour Kriya Elective, 50-Hour Therapeutics Elective
Pricing is independent of your 200-hour certificate. Pricing is structured so the cost of 300 hours of graduate training is always $3,800, regardless of how you distribute your hours. Early bird options and payment plans are available. We encourage you to ask questions about payment options if you do not feel this is financially feasible for you.
Graduate Module
The Graduate Module is a deep evaluation of the history and philosophy of yoga beyond what is taught in a basic teacher training. While a basic training focuses on safety and physical instruction, the Graduate Module explores ancient texts, chakras, mudras, bandhas, philosophy, mythology and strategies for living a yogic lifestyle.
