General Information
Mukti Yoga School is a Yoga Alliance Approved, Registered Yoga School. Mukti Yoga strongly emphasizes safety and anatomy as essential to the yoga practice. While each training is grounded in this technical understanding of asana, Mukti Yoga aims to go beyond the physical, offering teachers the opportunity to explore the rich depth of all yoga has to offer.
Mukti Yoga School offers both 200 hour and 500 hour registered yoga trainings. Our school is open to all individuals, regardless of experience, even if you do not wish to teach yoga.
Mukti Yoga is organized in a non-traditional manner, giving students the opportunity to choose their path by offering Electives in addition to basic training. Each training is broken down into Modules and Electives. Modules present a breadth of information making up the base of a teacher certification. Electives are in-depth studies focusing on one area. This allows you to tailor your training to meet your individual goals.
